Bid/Ask Box Histogram

The Bid/Ask Box Histogram indicator shows the bar's Delta Volume in a simple and intuitive way. Sequences of bars with positive (or negative) Delta Volume are grouped, creating a box that encloses all consecutive bars. The height of the box is represented by the highest Delta Volume between the bars.
